The products lineup
NISSHINBO MOBILON TAPE has been developed by Nisshinbo Chemical's unique technology. It is made from the softest type thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer 100% (hardness grade 68[JISA]). It is widely applied in the field of materials for apparel and various industries. NISSHINBO MOBILON TAPE is approved by Oeko-Tex Standard 100 in products class I for baby articles.
NISSHINBO MOBILON BAND is made from the thermoplastic polyurethane in processing it to ring-shape, It conforms to the RoHS directive in expanding the market to various industries. In the case of transparent band, barcode is to be detected penetrating through band. Color band enables much clear and vivid shade compared with natural rubber band.
NISSHINBO MOBILON FILM is made from the thermoplastic polyurethane in producing it in film shape by technique of T-dies extrusion. It is superior to elasticity, water resistance, durability and conforms to the RoHS directive. It is utilized to the various films for electronic material fields, medical care and also for the industrial purposes.
SEALING TAPE has been developed to enable sealing on permeable waterproof fabric in the base of polyurethane hot-melt film. In adhering SEALING TAPE on the sewing parts of waterproof fabric, the whole garment gets waterproof structure. Various SEALING TAPE can be supplied in matching waterproof fabrics with unique constructions and features.
NISSHINBO MOBILON CORD is made from thermoplastic polyurethane in processing it to code-shape. It is superior to elasticity, water resistance and durability.
